Elizabeth Valleau - Creative & Experience Design Leader — Product, Brand, and Human Behavior
Elizabeth Valleau is a creative and experience design leader who builds products and brands people choose to return to. She works at the intersection of storytelling, product thinking, and human behavior—helping unfamiliar experiences feel understandable, trustworthy, and worth participating in.
Across Meta and Accenture Song, Elizabeth has led multidisciplinary teams spanning brand, product, and growth, translating complex capabilities into simple, human experiences used at global scale. Her work focuses on the moments that determine adoption: the first step, the first success, and the reasons people come back—whether that’s learning, belonging, or confidence in a new service. She also designs and implements AI-enabled workflows and experiences, using AI to accelerate iteration while protecting craft, brand integrity, and user trust.
Her career includes building habit-forming consumer ecosystems (Nike+ / FuelBand), designing participation-driven experiences for global brands, and creating scalable identity systems for institutions including the United Nations and BBC Worldwide. Across all of it, her goal is consistent: reduce hesitation, increase clarity, and design experiences that feel human.
